เป็นเครื่องคั่วกาแฟแนว Specialty ขนาดใหญ่ของ Diedrich การให้พลังงานความร้อนมีแบบล้นเหลือ และมีความสม่ำเสมอทุกแบทช์ เหมาะสำหรับร้านกาแฟ หรือโรงคั่วกาแฟที่ต้องการคั่วกาแฟปริมาณที่เยอะโดยที่ต้องคงรสชาติเดียวกัน
ตัว Drum เป็นหม้อขั้นเดียวโดยใช้วัสดุ Carbon ทำให้รับและคายความร้อนได้รวดเร็ว โดยให้พลังงานความร้อนแบบ Infrared และมี Conduction แบบมหาศาล และเป็นพลังงานสะอาด ไม่สารคาร์บอนมอนออกไซด์เจือปน โดยพลังงานความร้อนจะมาจาก Ceramic Tile Burner ที่อยู่ใต้หม้อคั่วกาแฟ ความร้อนชนิดนี้เดินทางแบบคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้ามาที่หม้อคั่ว โดยไม่เสียพลังงานเลย ทำให้ประหยัดพลังงานก็ว่า 30% (จะต่างกับ Atmospheric Blueflame ที่ต้องเสียพลังในการสันดาป คือ ต้องเอาพลังงานไปเผา O2 ถึงไฟจะติด แล้วเปลี่ยนเป็น Hot Air วิ่งไปในท้ายหม้อคั่ว ตลอดเวลา)
