Diedrich Roasters DR-3 Semi-Auto / Flex Automation

เป็นเครื่องคั่วกาแฟรุ่นใหม่ล่าสุดของ Diedrich ที่มุ่งเน้นมาแทนที่ IR-1 / IR-2.5 โดยรุ่นนี้มาพร้อมกับฟังก์ชั่นใหม่ที่สามารถปรับรอบของหม้อคั่วได้ (Only Flex Automation) ปรับแรงลมของพัดลมดูดควันได้ 0-100%  และยังสามารถคั่วกาแฟแบบ Auto ได้ตามโปรไฟล์ที่ตั้งไว้อีกด้วย

ตัว Drum เป็นหม้อขั้นเดียวโดยใช้วัสดุ Carbon ทำให้รับและคายความร้อนได้รวดเร็ว โดยให้พลังงานความร้อนแบบ Infrared และมี Conduction แบบมหาศาล และเป็นพลังงานสะอาด ไม่สารคาร์บอนมอนออกไซด์เจือปน โดยพลังงานความร้อนจะมาจาก Ceramic Tile Burner ที่อยู่ใต้หม้อคั่วกาแฟ ความร้อนชนิดนี้เดินทางแบบคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้ามาที่หม้อคั่ว โดยไม่เสียพลังงานเลย ทำให้ประหยัดพลังงานก็ว่า 30% (จะต่างกับ Atmospheric Blueflame ที่ต้องเสียพลังในการสันดาป คือ ต้องเอาพลังงานไปเผา O2 ถึงไฟจะติด แล้วเปลี่ยนเป็น Hot Air วิ่งไปในท้ายหม้อคั่ว ตลอดเวลา)

Hourly capacity is approximately 12 Kg/26.4 lbs per hour of green beans. In addition to full batch capacity, our roasters are also designed to roast half batch.
