เครื่องคั่วกาแฟ Wintop WK-2 ป็นเครื่องคั่วกาแฟขนาดเล็ก ที่ขายดีที่สุด สามารถคั่วกาแฟได้ต่ำสุด 500 กรัม และสูงสุด 2.5 กิโลกรัม มี Probe อ่านค่าอุณหภูมิ 2 จุดได้แก่ Bean Teamperature และ Airtemperature และยังสามารถต่อเข้ากับคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้งานโปรแกรม Artisan หรือ Cropter ได้
Drum เป็น Drum ชั้นเดียว (DB for Option) ทำมาจากสแตนเลสเกรด 304 หนาถึง 4 มิลลิเมตร ทำให้การคั่วสม่ำเสมอ กระจายความร้อนได้ดี และตัว Agitator หรือใบกวนกาแฟก็ทำมาจากทำมาจากสแตนเลสเกรด 304 เช่นกัน ทำให้แข็งแรงทนทาน
ตัว Buner เป็น Blue Flame โดยมีการพัฒนาเป็นแบบครีบถี่ ทำให้ได้พลังงานอย่างล้นเหลือ ควบคุมการคั่วกาแฟได้ง่าย
